Ordering & Delivery FAQ

How much do they cost?

The daffodils are £25 plus post and packaging

When will my daffodil arrive?

The daffodils will be shipped within one week of order date. The daffodils will be packed and posted by volunteers.

When can I collect my daffodil

Collection is from Another Weigh, Penrith or Kendal, Cumbria UK. You must bring the email confirmation and order number when you pick up. You can pick up as soon as your order has been confirmed.

Can I ask for a specific delivery date?

We are sorry, but we won’t be able to let you know in advance when your daffodil will arrive. It will depend on the post.

What if my daffodil is a gift?

You will receive an email confirmation of your purchase with the option to download a gift certificate which you can forward to the recipient to let them know you have purchased the daffodil. Please put the recipient’s name and address as the delivery address if you want it to be sent directly to them. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to include a personalised message to say who the daffodil is from, so make sure you let the recipient know you have purchased it for them.

Why does the stem of my daffodil look muddy?

Your daffodil will have been “planted” in the ground for 2 months before it is sent to you. It may therefore have some mud on it which will wipe off.

What happens if my daffodil arrives damaged?

If your daffodil is damaged on arrival, please take a photo straight away and email  hello@another-way.org.uk within 14 days of receipt. We will get in touch to resolve this with you. The stem may be rusty, this is intentional and is due to weathering.

Can I display my daffodil outdoors?

Yes, the daffodil can be displayed outdoors, but we recommend that you bring it inside during the colder months.
