Our own research revealed that 60% of young people experience eco-anxiety. Emotions related to the climate crisis are entirely rational and natural, but need to be validated and explored so that we can harness them for good.
Together, we will identify healthy ways to manage eco-anxiety. By equipping students with practical tools and a fresh mindset, we will empower them to take positive action for the planet and to find their own sense of belonging within the climate movement. While our session specifically explores mental health in relation to the climate crisis, the tools we give students can be applied to all aspects of their life.
BIG QUESTIONS
Am I alone in my concern for the planet?
What am I responsible for?
How can I nurture my mental health to fuel my campaigns?

Our workshops are backed by leading climate and education scientists, and are just the right blend of inspiration, information and interaction. Students who have taken part in our workshops have gone on to start their own initiatives, fundraising events and volunteering positions.
Everyone has a part to play in climate action, so it’s important to us that our workshops are accessible to everyone. We’re adapting our workshops for SEND schools, and working with our Youth Advisory Group to ensure that our activities reflect the needs of all young people. Workshops are fully funded for state schools and most youth groups, and are designed for KS3-KS5.
