Power of Ten app – development underway!

We are excited to announce that we have started the development of our Power of Ten app, supported by the team from Etch.

The Power of Ten app will be an online meeting place for young people who care about the environment. On the app they will find science-based information and practical resources to enable sustainability and climate action. It will bring young people together in a powerful network, enabling them to share experiences and support each other.

Inspiration

The original idea for the app arose through Amy’s personal experience. As a passionate young environmentalist, she found it extremely hard to find supportive peers and reliable information. The app will fill the gaps Amy felt so keenly.

A group of our young ambassadors are working with us to create the app: they are informing the specification, testing early development steps and giving feedback. Many of them have already collaborated with us in the preparation of practical, inspiring resources, which we will share on the app. Through the app we will empower them by fulfilling their needs for information and community. The Another Way team continues to be inspired by the passion of these young environmental leaders of the future.

Launch

We plan to launch a test version of the app at the end of 2023.

The full launch will take place in early 2024.
