Are you…. Passionate about our planet?
A great communicator and relationship builder?
Organised and reliable?
An energetic, flexible team player?
Aged 18-30, and excited to teach other young people about nature and the environment?
If so, join our network of Youth Facilitators! You must be based in the UK and have the right to work in the UK.
We’re Another Way, and we are on a mission to inspire more people to live with kindness towards the planet and turn the UK into a leader in climate education. We are developing a team of fantastic young people to lead our workshops around the country with schools and youth groups. You’ll pass on knowledge, run fun interactive sessions, and leave students feeling inspired and optimistic about the action they can take for our planet!
We offer paid training (you must be available for weekly sessions between w/c 21st September and w/c 7th December) and travel expenses, plus a rate of £15/hour for all delivery.
We aim to provide each facilitator with at least 3 engagements per month from January 2027 onwards. The length of these engagements varies from 1hr to 1 full day.
We welcome and prioritise applications from young people, people who have experienced socioeconomic disadvantage, and those from global majority groups. If you don’t feel that you fill all of our criteria, but are passionate about this role, please get in touch with gemma@another-way.org.uk to see if you would be a good fit.
Are you ready to begin a role making a measurable difference to young people and the planet? Apply before the 17th of August.
