Another Way was started by Amy Bray when she was 16 – we work nationwide to empower and support young people to take action for the planet. Our Community Engagement Manager plays a key role in overseeing and delivering our Power of 10 movement, which is our digital community.
In this role, your aim will be to maximise the impact of the Power of 10 project on young people and the environment by working closely with young people in digital spaces to build skills and knowledge and support them to run their own projects.
You will have ownership of and lead our Roots of Change club and Power of 10 digital community.
This position reports to the Director of Youth Programmes and works closely with all youth engagement team members.
The role will join an ambitious, exciting and close-knit team of passionate people driving change for young people and support the national delivery of our impact.

This role is mostly remote but with regular travel to events, workshops and team meet-ups in the UK. As a result, you MUST be based in the UK to apply, and have the right to live and work in the UK.
