As part of the Big Give, a team of volunteers from Cumbria decided to take on a serious challenge – summit the equivalent height of Mount Everest by climbing Little Mell Fell 65 times!

Starting at the Another Way pop-up basecamp, the team did relays up and down the fell, carrying ice axes and ropes to make it seem just that little bit more realistic! Not only did they smash the target, ascending 9000m between them, but ITV came along to film the walk too, and we got a great piece on Border TV.

The walk was just one of a series events organised by our amazing community to help us reach our Big Give target.
