Bathroom Audit
The first step is to audit your bathroom so you know where you currently are and what changes you want to make. Make an inventory of all the products you use and whether they are currently in single-use plastic packaging, whether they contain microplastics or harsh chemicals, and whether or not they are tested on animals. Yuka is a very helpful app for this process – you can scan your products’ barcodes and find out how they score on ingredients and environmental impact.
